Tracy Maxwell, President & CEO
Tracy Maxwell founded the company with a vision to create affordable and reliable IT Services for the healthcare industry. Prior to creating Maxwell IT Company, she was the Founder and CEO of Advanced Research Systems, Inc.—a care management software company that was ultimately acquired by EDS (now a part of HP). During her tenure with ARS, Tracy received a nomination as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Pacific Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Tracy also works as an advisor to technology start-ups in the Puget Sound area. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington. Tracy also served as a member of the Washington State Medical Association’s Practice Informatics Advisory Council and as a HIT advisor to the California and Florida Medical Associations.
Mary Ledbury, Vice President, vCIO Services
Mary Ledbury is responsible for the delivery of our virtual Chief Information Officer project management services. She is a technology industry veteran with a 25-year record of architecting and implementing software and services. Prior to joining Maxwell IT, some of her previous positions include, VP of Technology for Travelport, a Cendant Company and Chief Technology Officer for Phycom Corporation, a disease management/care management software firm. Mary has successfully built global project teams to deliver complex systems and solutions. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University.
Silver Gaye, Senior Solution Architect
Silver Gaye currently holds the lead position of Senior Solution Architect for Maxwell IT. With almost 15 years’ experience in the information technology field, Silver has helped transition Maxwell IT’s network infrastructure to be cloud ready and is now working on the next set of client standards for enterprise security, storage and mobile device management. Silver studied Computer Engineering and Business Information Systems from Oklahoma State University. He has worked as an engineer for firms such as Microsoft, Unisys, Elliptical Systems and Denali Advanced Integration. Silver is certified as a CCNA and has additional certifications in SAN, VOIP and firewall tools.
Ashley Carpenter, Accounting Manager
Ashley Carpenter is responsible for all areas relating to general accounting, financial reporting and human resources. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Human Resource Management from Eastern Washington University, with a placed emphasis on Accounting. She excels at applying her professional knowledge in the preparation and presentation of financial and other decision oriented information to assist management in the formulation of policies, strategies and procedures.
Anthony Elwell, IT Manager
Anthony has a strong background in IT logistics and staff coordination and serves as the regional IT Manager for Maxwell IT. As a U.S. Army veteran, Anthony served both as a regular army field operative and as an IT support engineer for the Special Operations Community. Anthony is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science through Capella University. He is CCNA, Security+, Network+ and MCTS certified.
